Berg Direct Primary Care, or BergDPC, is the first in this area. All patients are welcome! No insurance if taken or billed.
This is not health insurance. I will not be billing insurance or Medicare. You will have to sign a Medicare waiver. Regardless of insurance, you won't lose Dr. Berg in direct primary care. This is primary care reimagined. I am Board Certified in Family Practice. I have been practicing in New Prague for 23 years. Now, old-time medicine with modern technology.

The core of direct primary care is unlimited access to care for a low monthly membership fee. This is not health insurance. We do not bill health insurance. Also included are longer appointments to allow us to address your concerns and offer comprehensive care. I will deliver direct communication via phone, email, text, messaging. and/or telemedicine to enhance the physician-patient relationship. The monthly fee covers most primary care services, with no unexpected bills. I want to expand your preventative services that are needed for good health. I will have a smaller patient panel to achieve the above goals.
